We have had ongoing sewage drainage problems for some time. More recently both our regular plumber and Sydney Water have tried their best with limited degree of success. Being somewhat concerned and anxious we turned to Sydney Drain Surgeons for assistance after an emergency call to Sydney Water who could only partially relieve the drain blockage. From the first call with Xavier who was very reassuring and knowledgeable and we were reassured and Larry and his offsider was assigned to review our particular issue. Larry was very professional, polite, knowledgeable and thorough. He provided complete focus to the job and was very proficient in his use of his
equipment, jetting tool, and camera. He did not mind me asking many questions and he answered those thoroughly and completely. He was able to clear the line to the best of his ability within the range of his equipment that he brought to our job. There was also a follow up plan organised. We are very grateful to both Larry and Sydney Drain Surgeons for their patience diligence and skill. We highly recommend their services. Our sewage line remains unblocked to date.
We've had only positive experiences with Sydney Drain Surgeons / Inspired Plumbing. Claude was fantastic - very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the fix. The other guys who have been out have also been great. Would definitely reach out to the team again if we have any plumbing issues.
I shopped around before committing to going with Sydney Drain Surgeons. I was not disappointed! Theo first quoted and gave us some options which were fairly priced and effective. Tom managed the pipe repair and went above and beyond to sort out the immediate problem and rectify a shonky repair done by another notoriously unethical plumbing mob.
