We've had only positive experiences with Sydney Drain Surgeons / Inspired Plumbing. Claude was fantastic - very knowledgeable, happy to answer questions, and followed up with us afterwards to make sure we were happy with the fix. The other guys who have been out have also been great. Would definitely reach out to the team again if we have any plumbing issues.
I shopped around before committing to going with Sydney Drain Surgeons. I was not disappointed! Theo first quoted and gave us some options which were fairly priced and effective. Tom managed the pipe repair and went above and beyond to sort out the immediate problem and rectify a shonky repair done by another notoriously unethical plumbing mob. I can only say I was delighted with the service Sydney Drain Surgeons provided and recommend them unreservedly.
Great experience using Sydney Drain Surgeons for the first time. Plumber was booked the next day to clear a blockage in bathroom sinks. Claude the plumber was exceptional, cleared what was a stubborn blockage with no fuss or mess. Very professional.
